Information Manager

Henry Martin is partnering with a Tier 1 Main Contractor, renowned for delivering world-class construction projects, to recruit an experienced Information Manager/Document Controller. This role is central to the successful delivery of complex, high-profile projects in Central London. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage project information and data across the project lifecycle. Your expertise in Asite and strong knowledge of industry standards will drive collaboration and ensure the integrity of project data. Key Responsibilities * Lead the implementation and management of the Asite platform to optimize information sharing. * Develop, enforce, and oversee the Project Information Management Plan. * Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and other regulations. * Collaborate with project teams to facilitate accurate and timely information exchange. * Provide training and ongoing support to stakeholders on information management processes and tools. * Conduct regular audits of project data to identify and resolve discrepancies. * Act as the primary contact for project information management queries. What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry, ideally with a Tier 1 Main Contractor. * Advanced knowledge of Asite and its application in managing project information. * Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and related standards. * Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. * A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
