Tyre Centre Manager
Maidstone
£45,000 - £50,000 a year
Full Time; 5 days a week including Saturdays
We're looking for a Centre Manager to run our Maidstone branch. You'll need to know the tyre and fast-fit trade inside out. If you can lead a team, keep a busy workshop moving, this is the job for you.
What you'll do:
- Run the branch day to day, staff, workload and the workshop.
- Keep customers happy so they come back.
- Hit the branch's sales and targets.
- Order stock and keep on top of it.
- Supervise keeping the workshop safe and running smoothly.
What you'll need:
- Good experience in the tyre or fast-fit trade.
- Person to be hands on if needed.
- Can lead a team and keep things calm when it's busy.
- A positive attitude and a smart, tidy appearance.
