Learning & Development Specialist, Human Capital, GCC Sovereign Wealth Fund (Role based in GCC)

Our client, a top 10 global sovereign wealth fund is seeking Learning & Development professionals with deep expertise in the financial services industry to join their growing team

This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the L&D strategy - designing, implementing, and delivering impactful learning initiatives that drive performance, engagement, and capability across the organisation

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide learning strategies aligned with business goals
• Partner with senior leaders to assess learning needs and develop solutions that enhance leadership, technical, and behavioural capabilities
• Oversee the implementation of blended learning programs, leveraging digital learning, workshops, and coaching interventions
• Evaluate learning effectiveness through data-driven insights and continuous improvement
• Manage relationships with external learning partners and vendors

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10 - 15 years of relevan t experience in Learning & Development, preferably within banking, financial services, or fintech
• Proven track record in building and scaling organizational learning programs
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
• Deep understanding of compliance, regulatory training, and leadership development in financial environments
