Transaction Manager wanted
Leading Main Dealer - Eastbourne
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm
No Sundays
Are you an experienced automotive sales professional looking for your next career move?
My client is looking for an ambitious Transaction Manager to join their busy dealership in Eastbourne, supporting the leadership of the showroom and helping drive exceptional sales performance.
You'll play a hands-on role in motivating the sales team, maximising profitability across new and used vehicles, Finance and Insurance, while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
The role
- Support and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Drive new and used vehicle sales and maximise profitability
- Be fully deal-capable and customer-facing
- Ensure high showroom standards, stock control and compliance
- Support training, development and sales campaigns
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Maximise opportunities across vehicle sales, Finance and Insurance
What we're looking for
- Previous automotive sales experience, ideally at Transaction Manager, Sales Controller or Senior Sales Executive level
- Strong leadership and commercial awareness
- Proven ability to achieve sales and profit targets
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A confident, hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front
- Passion for delivering results and developing a successful sales team
- Ability to work in a busy, target-driven dealership environment
What's on offer?
- £25,000 basic salary
- £50,000 OTE
- No Sunday working
