Human Resources Business Partner

The HRBP will work in partnership with the Operations team to create a high performing culture for a national leading foodservice business in fast moving, multi-site customer facing business.You will need to proactively create area people plans to deliver highly motivated, engaged and aligned teams that deliver the business requirements.Responsibilities:Culture and EngagementDrive HR operational excellenceContinual business improvement and changeSourcing and Recruitment of the best talentLearning and DevelopmentSuccession Planning and talent pipelinesEmployee/Labour relations and legal complianceMeasuring success through People Metrics and ReportingComplex ER and Tupe projectsKnowledge & Experience:Commercial understanding of how a successful multi site business operates and its key driversExperience in a senior HR generalist Business Partner role with responsibility for multiple operational business areasGeneralist HR knowledge and experience in all key HR disciplines (e.g Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training, Management development, succession planning, Recruitment, Reward, recognition, policy and procedures.)Proven ability to consistently deliver within a fast moving and highly pressurised environmentCreating a high performance culture with engaged and motivated people in an environmentClear understanding of how HR can deliver business value, with outstanding track record of achieving tangible commercial resultsProven experience in successfully managing and implementing changeCreated and implemented people plans that have successfully improved employee engagement and performanceHas used people metrics to deliver measurable business improvement
