Are you a meticulous Project Manager with a keen eye for detail? Do you want to work on prestigious residential and commercial projects? A leading Interior Design, Project Management, and Architecture practice, is looking for a talented Project Manager to join their dynamic London team.
As a Project Manager, you will report directly to the Project Director and collaborate with procurement and design teams to deliver exceptional, world-class service. Your responsibilities will include stakeholder management, overseeing the tendering process, appointing external consultants, and managing projects from inception to completion—covering everything from early design, onsite construction to FF&E.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need experience in contract administration, monthly reporting, and managing the quality of projects. Strong knowledge of JCT contract management and a proven track record of working closely with design teams is essential.
