Warehouse Supervisor / Manager Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum Location: Great Barr Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team in managing a dynamic warehouse operation. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee stock control and ensure accurate inventory management * Lead and manage a small team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support * Being hands on, working in the despatch and order picking departments and also Saw Operating * Monitor and improve warehouse processes to maintain efficiency * Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to * Handle day-to-day operations to meet deadlines and achieve targets Requirements: * Proven experience in warehouse management and stock control * Strong management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively * Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Previous experience with warehouse management systems is essential If you have the skills and experience to make a difference in our warehouse operation, we would love to hear from you!
