Product Manager - Digital Web Experience:
Futurehead's Recruitment is partnered with a dynamic hospitality company with multiple award-winning venues globally. We're passionate about innovation and are expanding rapidly, seeking a Product Manager with B2C experience to join our team.
The Role:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the website discovery and explore experience strategy, roadmap, and delivery. You'll work in a creative environment to develop inspirational storytelling, showcase the guest in-venue experience, and articulate our product proposition and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Establish success metrics and ensure team alignment through OKRs
- Drive and manage a continuous development environment and product lifecycle on web
- Analyze behavioral data to review product release success and identify development opportunities
- Partner with Design and Marketing to conduct usability testing and collect customer feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications
- Report user engagement across the website discovery experience
- Understanding the user experience and working closely with marketing team to create a user centric web offering from landing page, email to features
Required Skills and Experience
- B2C Experience: Solid product management experience in consumer-facing industries, preferably in entertainment or hospitality
- Scale-Up Experience: Proven track record of successfully scaling B2C products in a fast-paced environment
- Track Record: Successfully led and delivered digital products and campaigns driving engagement and conversion
- Collaboration: Experience partnering with Brand and Marketing teams to deliver inspiring user experiences
- SEO Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of SEO strategies and tactics
- Analytical Skills: Ability to translate data into actionable product strategies
- Agile Environment: Experience working in agile development environments
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Customer-Centric: Customer-centric, creative, and problem-solving mindset
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Work Environment
- Hybrid Model: 4 days a week in the office- some days you may be able to do less but need the willingness to do the 4 days- Thursdays work from home (no meetings day for catching up and discovery)
