White Goods Engineer

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and reliable White Goods/Domestic Appliance Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing and installing a range of domestic appliances in customers homes. You will represent the company professionally and provide a high standard of customer service on every visit. Key responsibilities: A full UK driving license is essential Relevant electrical, appliance repair or engineering qualifications are desirable, but proven experience is essential -Diagnose and repair all Domestic Appliances/White goods -Identify faults accurately and complete repairs efficiently -Carry out free-standing and built-in appliance installations -Maintain accurate job sheets and service records -Explain faults, repairs and costs clearly to customers -Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard -Maintain company tools, equipment and van -Excellent customer service skills Company Description: Ian Black Appliances & Kitchens is an independent retailer of domestic appliances & kitchens in Cottingham, East Yorkshire.
