Contracts Manager - Restoration & Stone Contractor - Essex & London


Company:

My company are a specialist restoration and stonework contractor who build, repair, and restore the some of the UK's most iconic listed buildings and high end residents.

They have an outstanding clients list who regularly repeat purchase with this contractor.

Their project portfolio spans across castles, churches, monuments, heritage buildings and walls, along with high end commercial and residential properties.

Responsibilities:

They are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager who takes full responsibility for multiple client construction projects from technical build direction, overseeing all logistics, creating work schedules for your team, allocating responsibilities, take-off, procurement, timely QS valuations and safety management.

You as the Contacts Manager would split your time between office & sites.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a contracts/project manager is essential
  • Previous experience working on external stone/restoration/conservation packages is essential
  • Good Maths knowladge with the ability to carry out your own valuations, & pricing variations.
  • Capable of running mutiple sites at one time.
  • Ideally you would have a relevant degree.

Salary:

  • A starting salary range of £60 - £70k.
  • Vehicle or vehicle allowance
  • increasing holiday allowance with service

  • Discretionary bonus scheme
