Section Manager - NW London

Section Manager Currently recruiting a Section Manager for a Tier 1 Contractor who will be working on a major rail station in Northwest London. A successful Section Manager will be tasked with the delivery of six underground platforms as well as up to eight platforms. About the role of a Section Manager Our client is looking to hire a Section Manager, who has prior, and relatively, good knowledge with highways, utility diversions, temporary works, and heavy civil engineering works. To support a Senior Package Manager in a successful project execution and delivery. Responsibilities for a Section Manager The candidate who is successful following the hiring process, will be responsible for: Ensuring all health and safety practices are monitored and adhered to effectively and correctly and implemented at all stages of the project Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project Reviewing of Contractor documentation and be an integral part of approval processes Identifying threats and opportunities, which can lead to raising EWN's and or compensation events Procuring and delivering ground reduction works Procuring and delivering the site establishment Requirements for a Section Manager A competent and standout Section Manager will be able to demonstrate: A clear history of working as a Senior Engineer or Sub Agent on major infrastructure project(s) Extensive knowledge and understanding of utilities and drainage A Degree/Qualification in Civil Engineering Temporary works concepts and procedure implementation What we offer for a Section Manager 60k-£65K + PackageIf you want to hear more about this Section Manager role and have experience with highway constructions and utility diversions, please apply with an up-to-date copy of your CV or contact Hugo Rodrigues in our London office on (phone number removed)
