About the Opportunity - Our client is a leading global fintech trading platform, who have a key vacancy for a Compliance Advisory Manager. This role will be directly reporting into the Head of Compliance, and sitting in dynamic team of 5.

Responsibilities -

• Compliance Advisory
• Overseeing the 2nd line compliance framework
• Regulatory Change and horizon scanning
• Leading compliance projects
• Stakeholder management
• Managing relationship with regulators
• Reporting to Board/ Exco

They are looking for bright and ambitious individuals, who enjoy facing off to the business in a fast faced environment. Crypto experience is highly desirable.

Compensation package - £80k - £100k + high bonus potential and a hybrid working model.
