Maintenance Electrical Engineer Location: London Central - On Site Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM You are an experienced Electrical Engineer with a passion for maintaining and enhancing some of Londons' most iconic buildings? Our client is looking for a skilled professional to join their PPM team. The Role: As an experienced Maintenance Engineer, you ll bring your expertise & experience of PPM to: · Organise and execute mechanical and electrical tasks efficiently. · Respond swiftly to equipment breakdowns and reactive work requests. · Conduct scheduled maintenance checks and ensure compliance with client standards. · Maintain detailed documentation for audits and legislative purposes. · Prioritise health and safety in every task. What you ll have: · Relevant City and Guilds/NVQ Level 3 (18th Edition desirable). · Proven background in a Facilities Management environment. · Proactive, detail-oriented, strong interpersonal skills, and a team player. · Excellent customer service, ability to work under pressure, and effective planning and prioritisation.
