Foot Health Practitioner – Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire Are you a passionate Foot Health Practitioner looking to join a well-established private podiatry clinic with an excellent reputation and loyal patient base? We are seeking a friendly, motivated and patient-focused Foot Health Practitioner to join our growing team in Henley-on-Thames. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available, offering a mixture of clinic-based appointments and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients in a supportive private practice environment. Package: * Competitive hourly rate: £12.71 – £14.45, dependent on experience * Attractive discretionary bonus scheme * Full-time and part-time opportunities available * Flexible working arrangements * Supportive and friendly working environment * Ongoing training and professional development * Excellent long-term career prospects within a growing organisation Responsibilities: * Carry out comprehensive foot health assessments * Deliver routine foot care treatments including nail care, corn and callus reduction, cracked heel care and general foot maintenance * Recognise conditions requiring referral to a podiatrist or other healthcare professional * Provide preventative foot health advice and patient education * Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records * Build strong, long-term relationships with patients through outstanding customer care * Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes Requirements: * Qualified Foot Health Practitioner * Previous experience within private practice, care homes or community settings preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Confident building rapport and putting patients at ease * Strong organisational and time management skills * Professional, reliable and patient-centred approach * Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred How to Apply: If you're looking to join a supportive, well-established private practice where you can continue developing your career as a Foot Health Practitioner, we'd love to hear from you.
