Job Title: Assembly Operatives
Location: Great Notley, Braintree, Essex
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Hourly Rate: 12.71
Hours: Day Shift, 38 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing:
As an Assembly Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process by:

• Assembling components and products using hand tools and equipment.
• Following detailed work instructions and adhering to quality standards.
• Engaging in various manufacturing processes, including assembly, preparation, inspection, finishing, and packaging.
• Conducting visual quality checks to ensure all products meet specifications.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping.
• Supporting different areas of production as needed to meet customer demand.

• A practical, hands-on approach to work.
• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures accurately.
• Flexibility and reliability, complemented by a positive attitude.
• A good level of physical fitness, as some lifting may be required.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is beneficial but not essential; full training will be provided.
