What You'll Be Doing:
As an Assembly Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process by:

  • Assembling components and products using hand tools and equipment.
  • Following detailed work instructions and adhering to quality standards.
  • Engaging in various manufacturing processes, including assembly, preparation, inspection, finishing, and packaging.
  • Conducting visual quality checks to ensure all products meet specifications.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping.
  • Supporting different areas of production as needed to meet customer demand.
