Programme Leader – Current Car Portfolio

Aston Martin Lagonda Limited in Gaydon, Warwickshire, is seeking a Programme Leader for the current car portfolio. You will drive delivery across engineering changes, quality improvements, cost targets and programme milestones, coordinating across Engineering, Finance, Purchasing, Design, Launch and Planning.

This role blends technical insight with programme leadership; you’ll monitor health, manage release plans, support cost management, analyse risks and guide recovery plans, while offering
