Quest Search and Selection are proud to represent an established, market-leading, publishing, and digital media company with exciting plans for further expansion. They are now looking for a Delegate Acquisition Executive to join their growing team and growing B2B portfolio of events for 2025-2026!
The Delegate Relations Executive is about nurturing decision making clients who are seen as key industry leaders to attend various events (awards, conferences, round tables and intimate dinners) throughout the calendar year.
The roles and responsibilities for this Delegate Relations Executive –
- Research potential delegates and build target lists using Linkedin, their CRM system, outreach and recommendations.
- Contact potential delegates to promote attendance at the events.
- Use CRM systems to track delegate acquisition and maintain data quality.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase delegate acquisition.
- Collaborate with sales & PR team to identify and engage with potential clients.
- Post event analysis regarding attendees and lead generation
- Execute digital marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
- Attend the events to make sure they run smoothly.
To be successful in this Delegate Relations Executive –
- 1 year + experience in another Delegate Acquisition, Client Relations, Sales or Recruitment position would be ideal.
- If you have experience in B2B Events this would be desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication on e-mail and phone as you are talking with C-Suite clients.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and data management tools including excel
- Good experience with Linkedin and ideally have used the Recruiter or Sales Navigator tool
- Persuasive in nature regarding getting delegates to events.
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Well presented and happy to attend various London based events
- Passion for media, events and digital publishing
The Benefits of this Delegate Acquisition Executive –
- Salary between £25,500 - £27,000
- Hybrid - 1 day a week in their central London head office
- 1/2 Day off for your birthday
