Position: Multi Skilled Trades Groundworker Location: Worcester, Malven/ Ledbury & Hereford Salary: £29,7619-£33,091 Benefits: Van & Fuel Card, Pension, 28 days Annual Leave plus BH Think Recruitment are currently working with a well-known Social Housing company based in Worcester who are searching for a Multi Skilled Trades Groundworker to carry out planned and reactive maintenance. We are looking for someone who skills to lay slabbing, brickwork, install and repair fencing and Drainage works. Experience: Experience in Social Housing/ domestic maintenance and repairs rather than commercial groundwork repairs Understanding of providing customer service and delivering responsive repairs Multi Trades skills Maintenance refurbishment experience Good all-round external groundwork and building skills Relevant Trades based qualifications Team skills but can work independently at times Qualifications Full Uk Driving License DBS Check (Essential) If you would like any more information, please contact or call me on (phone number removed)
