We’re currently partnered with an ambitious business who are growing and looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join their growing product team and work closely with the CEO as the business continues to grow.
The business has supported a number of clients from large companies to start-ups who have successfully scaled. As a Lead Software Engineer, you’ll be supporting the direction of projects and delegating projects across the team whilst remaining hands-on. They are looking for a Lead Software Engineer who loves solving complex problems and wants a variety of technical projects for clients and internally.
What will you be doing:
⭐Support the business in leading the development of responsive and visual applications from concept to deployment
⭐Work closely with the design team to translate creative concepts into web experiences
⭐Drive innovation and help to support and mentor junior developers
⭐Communicate with clients to develop solutions tailored to their needs and ensure seamless integration whilst providing project updates
⭐Implement best practice and testing to maintain performance of their solutions
⭐Lead on the projects from concept to deployment
