Your Impact
🔹 Lead Property Legal Matters – Act as the principal legal advisor for a diverse commercial property portfolio, including land transactions, commercial leases, and licenses.
🔹 Tackle Unique Challenges – Navigate complex issues like fishery licenses, biodiversity agreements, encroachments, and development projects.
🔹 Drive Innovative Projects – Contribute to high-profile initiatives such as The Wave inland surfing project and enhance iconic venues like VeloPark and White Water Centre.
🔹 Collaborate Widely – Work directly with our Head of Legal Services, statutory undertakers, external legal advisors, and partners like the Canal and Rivers Trust.
