Join our Excis UK team as a Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator at our Bicester, UK warehouse We’re looking for a dependable and organized professional to manage daily warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory control while maintaining strong supplier relationships. Please note, Bicester is a remote location, so we are seeking candidates who live nearby. Location: Unit D4 – Telford Road, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 4LD, United Kingdom Role Overview: This is a 6-month contract position to start, with potential for extension. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll ensure the smooth flow of goods from receipt to dispatch, maintain accurate inventory, and support the Warehouse Manager in optimizing processes. You’ll play a key role in keeping everything running efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with audits, and coordinate restocking to maintain supply availability. Shipment Coordination: Oversee receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Prepare shipping documents and track shipments. Warehouse Operations: Optimize storage, ensure safety compliance, and support the team in daily tasks. Cross-Departmental Support: Communicate with sales, customer service, and purchasing teams about stock and orders. Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and generate reports on inventory and warehouse performance. Team Leadership: Guide warehouse staff and act as a liaison between them and management. Qualifications: Experience in warehouse management or logistics. Proficiency in WMS and inventory software. IT hardware and basic support experience is a plus. Key Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Team player with effective time management skills. Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
