HVAC Project Engineer, around London/South East, basic up to 47k+car+bonus
Ventilation background preferred.

THE ROLE
As a Project Engineer, you'll handle contracts from point of order.
Undertake a site survey to check the design and equipment specification is correct.
Put together a working programme to include order of equipment and units in line with the end user customer and main contractor.
Assigning labour, site requirements and attend any pre-contract meetings.
Oversee on-site installation as required, being the point of contact for any issues, changes or variations.
Ensure equipment is commissioned and handed over successfully on time and to budget.
THE PERSON
Ideally seeking a ventilation background, with experience with the likes of kitchen canopies, ductwork, AHU's.
Applications invited from lead or supervising installation engineers or current project engineers within the ventilation industry.
Flexibility to travel and be site based across London/South to oversee your projects.
CSCS supervisor card preferred but not essential.
THE PACKAGE
A basic salary up to approx 47k, car allowance and company related bonus.
26 days holiday plus bank holidays.
THE LOCATION
Flexible on location within London/South East, as long as you're based within an hour of London via car or train (fully expensed).
