Operations Support Co-ordinator (Maternity Cover)

Davin Foods, Barking Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30am - 17:00, 40 hours per week We are looking for an Operations Support Co-ordinator for maternity cover basis The Operations Support Co-ordinator is responsible for Providing support in ensuring all aspects of the factory operations are completed successfully. This will include Health and Safety, facilities, onboarding and offboarding, people services, payroll, and other adhoc projects needed to drive the successful running and growth of the factory operations What will I be doing? * Ensure correct payroll information is processed via the Group payroll team, including accurate holiday, overtime and absence data * Provide effective and engaging onboarding and inductions to new starters * Carry out the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring thorough and correct information at all stages * Monitor absence levels and ensure absence counselling is effectively deployed * Daily point of contact for Agency employees and companies.
