Duties : Deal with property compliance (Renewing EICR's, EPC's etc.) Liaise and outsource inspections Proactively manage the companies residential portfolio Deal with end of lease/ checkouts/ deposit negotiations / maintenance Conduct condition reports etc. ? Skills: ?
