Electrical Engineering Supervisor
Duns, Scottish Borders, commutable from Berwick upon Tweed, Eyemouth, Coldstream, Kelso and Dunbar
£65,000 to £70,000 + Annual Bonus + Overtime + 8% Pension + 36 Days' Holiday + Company Benefits + Relocation Support
Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer with a background in leading maintenance teams, looking for a highly responsible position within a large process manufacturing environment?
This is a fantastic opportunity to take charge of day to day electrical engineering activities, leading an experienced team while helping drive reliability, safety and engineering standards across a busy production site.
This company is an established manufacturer with significant operations in the UK and internationally. They offer an excellent overall package alongside continued investment in their facilities, equipment and engineering teams.
In this role you will supervise the electrical engineering team, coordinate planned and reactive work, support fault finding and oversee engineering improvements and projects across the site.
This role would suit an experienced Electrical Engineer, Team Leader or Supervisor from a manufacturing or process background who is looking for increased responsibility and an excellent overall package.
The Role
Supervising and coordinating the electrical engineering team
Planning electrical maintenance and allocating workloads
Overseeing breakdowns, fault finding and improvement projects
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

The Person
Strong electrical maintenance experience
Previous leadership, supervisory or management experience
Manufacturing or process industry background
HNC or HND in Electrical Engineering
