Our client have been experiencing a boom in business over the last year and are looking to expand their admin team to support with increased demand.

This role is initially on a temporary basis with a view to going permanent in the near future. Full training will be provided and there is strong potential for career growth once established in the role. Due to the location of the office, access to your own vehicle is essential.

Key Duties

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Dealing with customer enquiries and directing to correct person
  • Inputting orders onto system, ensuring all information is accurate
  • General office support including data entry, filing, printing etc.
  • Providing administrative support to all areas of the business as needed
  • Meeting and greeting clients

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer literate including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Previous experience within an office environment is desirable
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude is essential
