Site Manager - Gatwick

No1 Site Manager required for a 18 week project in the Gatwick area starting early December 2024

• Must have CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid & Asbestos Awareness as minimum
• Reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager
• Will be responsible for all paper work and be particularly strong on Safety as the client employ independent safety consultants
• Must be IT literate all H&S is managed digitally via a tablet

Project will include, demolition and full strip out to include non notifiable asbestos removal, over sheeting the ACM roof, building a singles storey block to house offices and toilets with the unit, full electrical wiring, some mechanical and full decoration and flooring on a commercial / industrial unit.

Must have experience in managing industrial / commercial / retail refurbishments.
