This role combines the servant-leadership principles of a Scrum Master with broader project management accountability within the DevSecOps DB function. You will enable effective Agile delivery, oversee key project milestones and support engineering teams in driving operational excellence and strategic programs.Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectivesDrive continuous improvement through structured feedback loops and retrospectivesRemove obstacles hindering team progress, escalating when necessaryCreate and maintain project timelines, tracking delivery against milestonesManage and resolve project risks and issues, ensuring visibility for stakeholdersCollaborate closely with DevOps and SRE teams to enhance delivery metrics and reporting via dashboardsSupport the integration and optimization of CI/CD workflows and pipelinesPromote engineering best practices and drive initiatives improving developer experienceWork with teams to monitor, interpret and act on environment performance data and AWS operational metricsProven experience as an Agile Project Manager in a technology or engineering environmentDemonstrated project management capability with ownership of timelines, dependencies and milestonesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsProficiency in Jira for backlog management and reportingSolid understanding of DevOps principles, cloud-native engineering and software delivery lifecycleFamiliarity with CI/CD practices, Git workflows and release managementGood working knowledge of AWS, including EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch and IAMAgile certification (e.g., CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe SM, PMI-ACP; PRINCE2 Agile is a plus)Experience with developer productivity tools such as BlueOptima or LinearBBackground in financial services or other regulated environmentsAWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect Associate or DevOps Professional)
