Senior HR Change Business Partner
Ashley Kate HR are pleased to be working with their Civil Service client on a new Senior HR Business Partner role. Reporting to the Head of Partnering and change this is a true strategic Business Partner position where you will be playing an integral role in a major business and transformation project alongside supporting the Senior leadership teams in terms of ensuring the operation run effectively. You will be the expert knowledge in terms of employee relationships and union experience will be essential as you will lead on all people aspects of change, ensuring that all activity is effectively scoped, planned an implemented.
You will need to ensure that effective project and change management approaches are deployed and at all time mitigating risk. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders will be key as you will be seen as the change expert and you will need to lead across the full people and Employee relations strategy. YOu will also need to work with the Senior leadership team on coaching and building capability in turn aiding them to effectively lead and embed change.
You will develop change management processes and policies where needed and in turn continually build the relationship with the Trade Unions and develop strong engagement plans. On top of the Change piece you will also need to work alongside the other Senior HR Business partners on projects including working on Talent and Development and people related benefits.
Senior HR Business Partner - About you.
- CIPD accreditation or equivalent is essential
- You must have a proven background in leading complex change initiatives.
- Strong Employee Relations experience and leading on Trade Union consultations is again essential.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to coach and influence.
Salary on offer for this role is between £54,340 - £64,130 dependant on experience + civil Service pension which is 26% + and other excellent benefits.
