The Role As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers in the field, converting warm leads into sales, and building a strong presence within your local territory. Key responsibilities include: Identifying and converting warm sales opportunities through direct customer engagement Building rapport and trust with prospective customers Managing your own sales pipeline and activity levels to achieve and exceed targets Handling objections professionally and confidently Generating customer referrals and recommendations Representing the business positively within your assigned territory Contributing ideas and best practices to support wider team success About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous field sales, door-to-door sales, or direct sales experience A proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets Strong communication and relationship-building skills A resilient, self-motivated, and positive attitude Excellent time management and organisational skills The ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment A full UK driving licence Brightwork Ltd offers the services of an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles.
