Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading an Agile squad of 6-8 engineers - Conduct 1-2-1s and performance reviews - Establish individual and team goals - Champion high coding standards This is a key role within the business and so you must come with the following experience: - Java, Spring and Hibernate - Microservice architecture - Relational databases such as PostgreSQL - Cloud Computing (AWS and DevOps practices such as CI/CD and IaC You'll work from their office 4 days per week, earning up to £100,000 plus bonus and a share scheme.
