JOB - Graduate Mechanical Engineer
LOCATION - High Wycombe
TERM - Permanent
SALARY - 25,000 to 30,000 per annum (plus benefits)
Premier Engineering is working with a growing engineering company based in High Wycombe who are looking to bring on a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join their team and support a variety of exciting projects.
The Graduate Mechanical Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (BEng, MEng, etc.)
  • Strong interest in design, development, and manufacturing processes
  • Some experience with 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks (placement or academic use)
  • Good understanding of engineering principles and materials
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Eagerness to learn and develop in a hands-on engineering environment
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
The Graduate Mechanical Engineer role will involve:
  • Supporting the design and development of mechanical components and systems
  • Assisting with CAD modelling and technical drawings
  • Working alongside senior engineers to gain hands-on project experience
  • Contributing to product development and process improvement activities
  • Supporting documentation, testing, and production activities as needed
