Brook Street UK are looking for a telesales / business development executive to join their client based in Petersfield.



Job Overview:

We're looking for a driven Telesales Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll make outbound calls, engage prospects, and book qualified appointments. If you're passionate about sales, love a challenge, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is for you!



Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 50+ dials daily to connect with potential clients.
  • Hold 10 quality conversations per day to assess needs.
  • Book 1 qualified appointment per day with engaged prospects.
  • Maintain 2+ hours of talk time daily.


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven success in a similar telesales role.
  • Strong phone sales skills with the ability to bypass gatekeepers.
  • Persistence and positively, even when facing rejection.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Exceptional communication and rapport-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven.
  • Strong understanding of the psychology of selling and how to overcome objections.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent organisational skills
