Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and logistics, to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing. Monitor supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, shipment updates, and any potential delays or issues, providing timely solutions and alternatives. Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to recommend strategies that drive customer loyalty and improve operations.Experience required:

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.? Proficiency in supply chain software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.?
