The Regional/Contracts Manager is accountable for all aspects of site delivery for heavy civils water projects for works associated with framework contracts with both Severn Trent Water and Northumbrian Water.
The individual fulfilling this role should have a proven track record in overseeing similar projects from cradle to grave .

• Support the team on multiple sites
• Monitor productivity
• Work collaboratively
• Motivate staff
• Work within set budgets ensuring accurate commercial reporting.
• Lead with clear and concise communication
• Monitor Health & Safety
• Help to grow the brand in England
• All persons working on our current framework contracts in England will report to you
Essential:
• Manage expectations in line with company values, and behaviours.
• Proven track record in the safe delivery of both all contracts and programmes of work
• Knowledge of Civil/Structural Projects
• Experience in overseeing Subcontractors
• Understanding of Site Safety Requirements
• Recognize what good looks like from a quality perspective
• Water industry experience
• SMSTS
• CSCS Supervisors Card
• Full Driving License
• Flexibility - May be required to work away from home
• May be required to work additional overtime/weekends as required.
